Custom Figurine

Process

From idea to shelf, in six steps.

Every figurine — whether a single one-of-one piece or a 5,000-unit run — moves through the same six checkpoints. Approvals are explicit at every stage, so there are no surprises.

  1. 01

    Brief & references

You share references — character art, photos, sketches, even rough text descriptions. We turn that into a one-page production brief covering pose, scale, materials and intended quantity.

  2. 02

    3D sculpting

Our in-house sculptors model your figurine in ZBrush. You receive turntable renders for review and can request as many revision rounds as you need before approval.

  3. 03

    Resin master sample

We 3D-print and hand-finish a master, then pour a hand-painted resin sample. You sign off on the physical piece — in person or over a high-resolution video call.

  4. 04

    Mold & pre-production

Once you approve, we build silicone or hard tooling sized to your run. We confirm color matching to Pantone or supplied references with painted swatches.

  5. 05

    Production

Resin pour casting for collector pieces, soft / hard PVC injection for production runs. Every unit is QC-checked twice before painting and packing.

  6. 06

    Pack & ship

Custom inserts, hangtags and outer cartons designed in-house. DDP shipping to US / EU / JP / SEA — express for samples, sea freight for large runs.
