We accept MOQ of 1 for resin collector pieces and one-of-one commissions. PVC production runs typically start to make economic sense at 300–500 units, but we'll always run the math both ways and let you choose.

It depends on size, complexity, material and quantity. As a rough range: a single resin commission starts around USD 400–800, a 1/6 statue with a small run is typically USD 80–250 per unit, and PVC mass production can drop below USD 10 per unit at scale. Tooling is quoted separately so you can see exactly where money goes.

From an approved brief: 5–10 days to sculpt approval, 10–14 days to a hand-painted resin sample, then 20–45 days for production depending on quantity and finishing complexity. We confirm exact dates with your quote.

Yes — personal portrait commissions are a big part of what we do. We work from photos (multiple angles preferred) and can also use video reference. Likeness approvals happen on the master sample before any tooling.

Only with proof of license or written permission from the IP holder. We sign NDAs by default and do not reproduce, store or reuse client sculpts. If you're an IP owner or licensee, we're happy to walk through our internal IP process.

Yes — DDP shipping to US, EU, JP, SEA and most of LATAM. Express courier for samples (DHL/FedEx), sea freight for full production. Duties are quoted upfront so the landed cost is transparent.

Standard terms: 50% deposit to start tooling, 50% before shipping. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and PayPal for smaller orders. Production-grade orders can use letter of credit on request.

Yes for custom commissions and licensed work — we never re-cast a client's figurine for someone else. For our own-IP designs the situation is different and we'll always be explicit about it.

Absolutely. We host clients in Guangdong every month and are happy to coordinate visits to the sculpt room, paint floor and packing area. A live video walk-through is also available if travel isn't possible.

Revisions are part of the process. The sculpt phase includes multiple revision rounds, and the resin master sample is intended to surface issues before tooling. We don't proceed to production until you've signed off in writing.
